Mindfulness

Mindfulness is a fantastic way to help with learning to deal with every day situations in a calm way. It can help relieve anxiety and build emotional resilience. You can learn to be present now without worrying about the past or the future. It can greatly increase enjoyment of life!

Abbey and I will be running courses for children (parents are welcome to stay too!) and for adults. Please keep returning to this pages for dates of courses.

Cost: £40 per session per child with an adult free. Any additional adults or siblings £20 per session.

Tuesday 14th August – Mindfulness for Children Part Two

Thursday 16th August – Mindfulness for Children Part Three

Thursday 23rd August – Mindfulness for Children Part One

Tuesday 28th August – Mindfulness for Children Part Two

Thursday 30th August – Mindfulness for Children Part Three

 

Drop in relaxation sessions will be starting on Monday 10th September. 6-7pm for children and their parents. 7.30-9pm for adults.

Cost will be a donation with 10% going to The March Wood Project.
