Each week we meet in a relaxed atmosphere. We provide opportunities to discuss the positive and negative experiences that have occurred during the week and how each individuals dealt with them. The aim is to improve our daily lives by learning alternative responses to situations.
We take part in meditations, mindfulness activities and relaxation.
We meet on Monday evenings at 8-9.30pm and Thursday 8-9.30pm
At the moment these sessions are online, the intention is that the Monday sessions will eventually be able to meet back at my house but the Thursday one will stay online, so it doesn’t matter where you live you can still join in.
Cost:£5 per person per session.
10% will go to a local community interest project, The March Wood Project, who support adults and young people with mental health issues in a local woodland rebuilding self-esteem and self-worth.
