Weekly Sessions

Each week we meet in a relaxed atmosphere. We provide opportunities to discuss the positive and negative experiences that have occurred during the week and how each individual dealt with them. The aim is to improve our daily lives by learning alternative responses to situations.

Journalling…

We take part in meditations, mindfulness activities and relaxation.

There are separate sessions for adults only and families (children from age 7 upwards are welcome along with their parents). The adults sessions are 90 minutes and the family sessions are 60 minutes long.

Cost:£5 per person per session. 10% will go to a local community interest project, The March Wood Project, who support adults and young people with mental health issues in a local woodland rebuilding self-esteem and self-worth.
